You must have proof of your dog's current rabies vaccination. Rabies vaccinations are required by PA state law at 3 months of age.

2013 Act 65 - Rabies Prevention and Control
Dogs and cats must be vaccinated between 12-16 weeks and a booster must be given 12-14 months later. A one-year exemption may be granted if a veterinarian determines that it would be medically contraindicated to vaccinate.
