Why can't I see the submenus?

The submenus work correctly in most current browsers. If you aren't seeing submenus when you roll over the main menu items, you may need to upgrade your browser. However, you can still click on the main menu items to navigate to different sections of the site.

Also make sure javascript is enabled in your browser. 

The site map lists all of the menu and submenu items using text-only links -- perfect for older or incompatible browsers.
