Dog advocates support proposed legislation, except for one line

A bill that would outlaw gas chambers as a way to euthanize dogs in Pennsylvania will be voted on in the State Senate next week.

The passage of this bill would be a huge step forward for dog advocates, however within SB 1329 there is a blurb that some advocates are furious about.

The included language gives commercial dog breeders the ability to shoot "dangerous small domestic animals"....
