Hotel Attendants are constantly interacting with the pets. This position is responsible for the day-to-day care of the Pet Hotel’s guests. This includes handling, feeding, watering, cleaning, walking, playing with, and monitoring the animals’ well-being. At times a Hotel Attendant will be asked to assist with the general maintenance of the facility—that does not require any expertise—including, but not limited to: painting, lawn and garden/plants, object assembly, etc. Hotel Attendants must have sufficient physical strength, mobility, and stamina to lift, move, and/or handle heavy, quick, or agile pets. In addition, Hotel Attendants are responsible for assisting the Shift Supervisors, Assistant Managers, and Manager as further needed.


The Bradford Hills Pet Hotel was the first PCSA Gold Accredited kennel in the United States. Our guests include dogs, cats, guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, and lizards. We believe in a “hands on” affectionate approach to animal care and treat our guests as if they were our own pets. The Pet Hotel is conveniently located on Route 19 between Wexford and Cranberry and is open 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
